Teixeira: "Knee just fine"

Testing out his strained right knee -- which caused him to miss over a week of time -- Mark Teixeira played all nine innings of Wednesday's loss to the Cubs and went 2-for-4 with a walk. Teixeira, who turns 27 on April 1, was pleased with how his knee held up. "It was a long game, but the knee was just fine," Teixeira said. Don't hesitate selecting the fifth-year slugger among the top 5 or 6 first basemen.
