Penny Gets Tagged

Brad Penny was roughed up to the tune of six earned runs on seven hits over two innings in Wednesday's start vs. the Cardinals. It’s not time to sound the alarm just yet, but Penny needs to get on track to calm owners concerned with the 6.25 ERA and 1.60 WHIP he produced over the second half of 2006.
