40 Year Old Schilling Feeling Good

Curt Schilling was happy with Thursday’s outing vs. the Twins, in which he surrendered one run on two hits, walked one and struck out two over four innings. "I felt stronger and feel like I'm getting stronger," Schilling said. "I felt very, very good." The right-hander added that his one walk came when he attempted his still-developing changeup on a 3-2 count, while both strikeouts came on fastballs. At 40, Schilling is aiming to prove that he still has the ability to be the ace of what looks to be a very promising Boston staff.
