Daniel Cabrera: Control Problems
Making his longest start of the spring, Daniel Cabrera allowed four runs on five hits, walked three and struck out three vs. the Marlins on Tuesday. Cabrera entered the day with no walks allowed over five innings, but it seemed inevitable that his control problems would resurface. Last year, the big right-hander served up a whopping 104 walks in 148 innings, though he managed to reign in his wildness somewhat by allowing 29 free passes over 62 1/3 frames after getting recalled in early August.
