Rich Hill: Possible Draft Day Sleeper

Cubs SP Rich Hill made his second start of the spring Friday against the Padres. He went three innings, allowing four hits and one earned run. He also had three strikeouts. He also allowed just one run and had three strikeouts in his first spring start that spanned two innings. Hill is coming off a 6-7 season with a 4.17 ERA and 90 strikeouts. He went 6-3 with a 2.93 ERA in the second half, including a 3-1, 1.93 September. The 27-year-old left-hander also torched Triple-A to the tune of 7-1 with a 1.80 ERA and 135 strikeouts to just 21 walks in 100 innings. The potential is there. He's yet another top-notch sleeper to be cautious of, but the Cubs' remarkable offensive additions can make him a big-time sleeper on Draft Day.
